Research and Projects

Design of a High-Resolution Optoelectronic Visual Prosthesis for Blind People (MS Thesis)
Python Biophysics Photonics
Retinal prostheses are implantable devices that aim to restore the vision of blind patients suffering from retinal degeneration, mainly by artificially stimulating the remaining retinal neurons. Some retinal prostheses have successfully reached the stage of clinical trials. However, these devices can only restore vision partially and remain insufficient to enable patients to conduct everyday life independently. Besides, the visual acuity of artificial vision is limited by various factors from both engineering and physiological perspectives. The objective of this research is to find out the limitations of the functionality of existing retinal neuro-prosthesis devices and to propose a framework for a new device with design and simulations based on the limitations.
Improved Detection of Cancer Cell and Tumor Using Region-Based Convolutional Neural Network from MRI Images (BS Thesis)
Python TensorFlow Machine Learning
Finding the best test accuracy using one or more quantum machine learning algorithms, with or without the influence of noise.
Python Quantum Computing Machine Learning
The dataset is first be trained using traditional machine learning algorithms to figure out the best test accuracy. Then two QML algorithms VQC and QSVM are used to obtain best accuracy without the effect of noise. And finally the target is to improve the test accuracy under noisy scenario.

QHardware- Quantum Hardware Education Challenge under Womanium Quantum Hackathon 2022
Lecture Series Quantum Computing Quantum Hardware
QHardware is a tutorial series based on quantum hardware resources for instance superconducting qubits, trapped ion quantum computer etc. This education material is a combination of lectures, slides, jupyter notebooks, quizzes, assignments etc. The resources contain step by step procedures to learn quantum hardware design and tools to design quantum processor like qiskit-metal. The learners will get knowledge on step by step processes of how hardware qubits are made. Similarities and differences between traditional processors and quantum processors are also covered.
